If you want a consultant who’ll come in, tell you what’s wrong and then disappear then please find someone else, that’s not us. If we work with you then it’s not a tick-box exercise. It’s to produce long-term impact.

School Improvement Support.
Can you use our experience of school leadership, successful Ofsted inspections and leadership coaching. Whether you are an alternative provision or mainstream school we’d love to help support your improvement so gaps are closed for all students.

Alternative Provision.
The Alternative Provision sector is unique and requires specific support from experienced and knowledgeable sources. We can help support the logistics of opening, registering and ongoing improvement.

Safeguarding.
We offer audits and supported action planning for schools, alternative provisions and charities. We also offer longer term training and support to cover small organisations who need additional expertise or accountability.
