Our CPD offer includes our established courses and bespoke work linked to your priorities.

We design all our training with 5 underlying principles:

1)     Expertise

We will always deliver training where content is built on the latest research and our experience. The sources for this training can be found at the end of this document.

2)     Focus on Impact

We know, first-hand the importance of making sure that time and money invested in training has impact. We will always design training to create as much of an impact as possible in terms of student outcomes and the quality of education.

3)     Practice

We believe that practice is an important part of embedding new learning and build this into our courses, either through the delivery or through gap tasks, coaching and follow up.

4)     Bespoke

We will adapt our training to the audience. We believe that working with school leaders to understand the context of what they need and the participants is key to making sure the training is as effective as possible.

5)     Sustained over time

We believe that to embed learning and create established change CPD must be sustained over time. This will be through offering training across a period of time, through coaching or opportunities for post-CPD support.
