More than 4 million of our young people currently live in poverty. We help schools to develop a 'poverty strategy'. Closing the gaps by helping schools to understand and respond to the unique barriers their disadvantaged pupils face.

Can you use our experience of school leadership, successful Ofsted inspections and leadership coaching. Whether you are an alternative provision or mainstream school we’d love to help support your improvement so gaps are closed for all students.

We offer audits and supported action planning for schools, alternative provisions and charities. We also offer longer term training and support to cover small organisations who need additional expertise or accountability.
