Small staff teams can make following up safeguarding incidents or complaints difficult. Sometimes you just want the reassurance of someone else to look things over and offer advice. Sometimes you want to know you can have a critical friend to challenge and support you to develop your practice.
At Close the Gaps we offer the following for a small monthly fee:
A named person for your safeguarding and complaints policy to allow accountability outside your immediate team.
Half termly accountability coaching meetings to help you develop.
An experienced safeguarding professional to investigate incidents and complaints without compromising your team*
